rcode.in provides high-level AI consulting, Data Science architecture, custom multi-agent engineering, and MLOps advisory services by Rohit. Specific deliverables and project milestones are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).
All custom code, agent workflows, and technical deliverables developed specifically for a client under paid agreement belong exclusively to the client upon settlement. Website content, branding logos, and proprietary articles remain the intellectual property of rcode.in.
Both parties agree to hold all proprietary datasets, system architecture diagrams, and commercial strategies in strict confidence under mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).
